About The Digital Divide
The Digital Divide is a platform dedicated to making data rights and the law more accessible.
In an increasingly digital world, our personal information is collected, analyzed, shared, and used every day. Yet many people do not know what rights they have, what responsibilities they carry, or how the law protects them.
The Digital Divide was created to bridge that gap.
Through accessible writing, research, and educational resources, the platform aims to raise awareness about data protection, privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and digital rights. My goal is to help people understand the laws that affect their lives so they can make informed decisions, recognize when their rights are being violated, and understand the responsibilities that come with living and participating in a digital society.
I believe that knowing the law should not be limited to lawyers. People should understand the rights that protect them and the duties they owe to one another. Legal knowledge gives people the ability to navigate society with greater confidence, protect themselves and others, and participate meaningfully in the digital world.
The Digital Divide exists to make that knowledge easier to access—because data rights are for all.
