Africa is the source. Africa is showing the fastest demographic growth in the world, and more than 60 percent of that population is youth, much of it already online.
This mini project is my attempt at raising awareness on tech policy, so Africans can know their rights and use technology in a safe, informed way. Every country answers the same twenty standard questions, built from real statutes, regulator guidance, and reporting from groups such as Freedom House, the Committee to Protect Journalists, and ARTICLE19, so you can compare what is protected on paper against what actually happens in practice.
